Senior Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery and process mapping sessions to understand current workflows and dependencies

Capture and analyze process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Develop and validate future-state process designs and implementation roadmaps

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in process improvement, business process re-engineering, or operations consulting

Proven background applying Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred

Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
