Director Of Corporate Strategy

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Corporate Strategy to drive strategic growth and lead transformative initiatives across the enterprise. This person will be located in Austin TX. In this role you will report to our Sr Director of Corporate Strategy. This position requires a blend of strategic acumen and strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with senior executives, manage high-impact projects, and oversee a high-performing team.

What a typical day looks like :

• Develop and implement strategies and oversee the execution of key initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Responsible of working across all areas of the business including Sales and Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing Operations, Technology, Corporate Development, Services sustainability and more
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and the C-Suite, preparing and presenting findings and recommendations in support of strategic initiatives and Board discussions.
• Collaborate with and mentor a team of high-performing managers and analysts, driving profitable growth for multi-billion-dollar business units while addressing both short-term and long-term goals.
• Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses to identify and assess growth opportunities and develop organic and acquisition-based strategies to enter new markets, expand into adjacent markets or gain share in existing markets.
• Foster a collaborative team culture while enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
