A company is looking for a Human Data Operations Partner - Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design and run cross-functional growth pilots to enhance participant acquisition, engagement, and retention
Transform analytical insights into actionable strategies by identifying funnel bottlenecks and coordinating with relevant teams
Document and communicate operational changes and learnings across Human Data, Marketing, and Product teams
Required Qualifications
Experience in growth, operations, or lifecycle management within marketplace or platform environments
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from insight to implementation
Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and using metrics to inform actions
Familiarity with automation and operational tools (e.g., Metabase, Zapier, Looker)
Experience in environments requiring the building of new processes or pilots from scratch
