Supervisor, Rehab Support Services - Full time - Days

Job Summary

The Supervisor Rehabilitation Support Services plays a vital role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of the department. This individual is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of patient services, including accurate patient data collection, efficient scheduling, chart documentation, timely billing processes, and the onboarding and training of new administrative staff. Serves as a working team member who provides supervision and training to Rehabilitation Services support staff.

Core Job Responsibilities

Patient Data Collection & Management :

• Accurately collect, verify, and input patient demographic, insurance, and medical information into the hospital's electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant privacy regulations.
