Floor Manager
The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing front of house operations while providing excellent customer service. The Floor Manager must have previous management experience in the restaurant / hospitality / entertainment industry and strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions
- Oversee front of house operations while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper scheduling of the service team.
- Handle guest complaints and render decisions judiciously and tactfully.
- Assist with inventory and monitor supply requisitions to ensure costs are kept to a minimum without losing quality and usage of materials.
- Supervise the team to include efficient staffing, team development, training, performance management and policy enforcement.
- Promote and maintain the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2-4 years' experience in restaurant / hospitality / entertainment management required.Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work a flexible schedule.Employee Acknowledgement
