Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Maintenance and Repair : Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems and plumbing equipment.

• Diagnosis and Solutions : Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and provide effective solutions.-Inspections : Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measures.
• Customer Service : Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions in an understandable manner.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.-Emergency Response : Respond promptly to emergency service calls, ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines and regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.-Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Experience : Proven experience as a Mechanical Journeyman Service Technician in HVAC and plumbing.

• Licensing : Valid OK Journeyman license and EPA card.-Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Service : Strong communication and customer service skills.-Driver's License : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to work in various conditions, handle physically demanding tasks, and lift heavy equipment.
