Your role : As Marketing and Label Operations Coordinator, you will affect the daily workflow of the company by assisting the team in general vendor / artist-related payments, marketing budgets and internal label communication. You will have the ability to learn all about the music business as this role interacts with each department. You will be encouraged to participate in weekly company meetings, as appropriate, in addition to WMG offered workshops, special programs all in an effort to educate, mentor and continually grow our community. This role requires a high level of trust, as you will handle confidential and business sensitive materials. You will be required to be professional in your actions and confident in your ability to conduct business according to WMG policies and procedures, including all related compliance matters.

About you : You are passionate about music and the arts. You have 1-2 years prior work experience in a related field (finance is a plus). You have strong organizational skills and passionate work ethic. You have Google Suite and Excel application experience. You have exceptional interpersonal skills. You have strong time management and prioritization skills.
We'd love it if you also had : A Bachelor's Degree. Advanced Excel and / or Google Sheets capability. Experience with SAP, ARIBA, CONCUR or related business products and / or applications.
