Key Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Communications

• Draft and refine strategy papers, target letters, and executive communications that articulate the Marketing team's vision, priorities, and performance.
• Develop Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations and other executive-level materials that synthesize progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across internal and external communications.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility. For eligible employees, Equitable provides a full range of benefits. This includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Proven experience in strategic planning, communications, and operational managementideally within a Marketing or corporate strategy environment. Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Trusted collaborator with executive presence and discretion.
