This role leads the Rolls Services business across the Northern U.S. a high-impact, client-facing leadership position responsible for managing revenue targets, customer engagement, and regional growth initiatives. The Regional Manager partners cross-functionally (Finance, Operations, etc.) and acts as the key liaison for customer escalations and business development opportunities.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial operations for industrial service and manufacturing clients across the Southeast region of the United States. This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role responsible for achieving revenue goals, driving market growth, and strengthening customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing services particularly within industries such as pulp & paper, process manufacturing, or engineered materials. The Regional Sales Manager will partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, and Service) to ensure operational excellence, strong customer engagement, and continued business expansion.
