Estate Planning Attorney | Tampa, FL

A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join its growing Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to handle sophisticated estate planning matters within a client-centered and long-term focused practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Counsel clients on comprehensive estate and wealth transfer strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced planning techniques.
  • Draft and implement estate planning documents tailored to high-net-worth and complex family structures.
  • Advise on tax-efficient planning, charitable giving, and business succession strategies.
  • Collaborate with fiduciaries, accountants, and financial advisors to ensure integrated client solutions.
  • Assist with trust administration, probate avoidance strategies, and related estate matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 4 years of focused experience in estate planning and trust law.
  • Strong knowledge of Florida estate, trust, and tax law.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.
  • Attorneys with an existing book of business are encouraged to apply.
