Job Overview :

• Stock and set up kitchen stations efficiently
• Prepare a variety of items including hookahs, food, snacks, and desserts
• Accommodate customers in a friendly and timely manner, adhering to company guidelines
• Collaborate with servers to ensure accurate and on-time order completion
• Clean and cut ingredients, cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Ensure kitchen operations meet food safety standards and regulations
• Prepare and cook menu items like chicken wings, onion rings, chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and fries to company standards
• Provide fast, accurate service with positive customer relations
• Use correct tools and procedures for food preparation and presentation
• Clean hookahs after customers leave and become knowledgeable about tobacco flavors
• Greet guests, answer questions, suggest hookah flavors, and maintain a clean café environment
• Transport hookahs to / from the kitchen / hookah room
• Ability to lift a minimum of 5 pounds and stand for 4 hours
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and good personal grooming are essential
• Multi-tasking skills and a commitment to delivering great customer service are a must.
