What You'll Do
Welcome patients and guide them through check-in / check-out processes
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
Accurately document insurance, payment, and personal information
Enter patient demographics into the system
Handle clerical tasks and manage paperwork
Communicate vital information to medical staff across departments

Work Environment
Onsite at three nearby facilities in Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore
Rotating between Emergency, Urgent Care, and Lab Radiology departments
Monthly schedule with 4 days off per 14-day pay period
Variable shifts between 6 : 45 AM - 10 : 00 PM | Schedule provided 2 weeks in advance
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00 / hr.
