The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to academic affairs. The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the work of Academic Affairs by assisting with projects, organizing details, and supporting people well. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by variety, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes initiative to anticipate needs and find answers. The Administrative Assistant partners closely with our Senior Administrative Assistant and the Executive Assistant to provide reliable, high-quality administrative support across a range of academic initiatives. We are seeking a proactive learner-someone who is naturally organized, comfortable handling confidential information, and eager to grow their skills while contributing to a collaborative, Christ-centered university community. This is an in-person position located in Arden Hills, MN.

Travel: This position requires no travel.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. The work environment involves working for a suburban, Christian university in which all employees are expected to have a demonstrated commitment and personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a commitment to the mission and values of the University, and an agreement to abide by all University policies.

Expected Hours of Work: Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
