Job Overview :

Kelly Office Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Person to join our expanding team in Charlotte, NC . This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for developing new business, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. The Sales Hunter will be responsible for prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and driving revenue growth across multiple business lines, including office technology, copiers / printers, managed IT services, and document solutions .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect & Generate Leads : Identify and engage potential clients through in person and phone cold calling, referrals, networking and digital outreach.
  • Develop & Close New Business : Build relationships with key decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
  • Meet & Exceed Sales Targets : Drive new revenue growth by executing a strategic sales plan with clear goals and performance metrics.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
  • Utilize CRM & Sales Tools : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented , with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills , with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills , both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable , with experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and meetings.
