Production Operations Manager

You will be the Production Operations Manager for the Precision Fires programs. Our team is responsible for delivering precision-fire capabilities across the Tactical Missiles Line of Business. As the Production Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations, driving cost and schedule excellence, and ensuring scalable performance for multiple manufacturing sites and external partners. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Lead the Line-of-Balance and Cost Account Management processes to meet customer cost and schedule targets.
• Coordinate schedule performance across domestic and international manufacturing facilities, engineer labs, and IRAD efforts.
• Develop and implement scalable production strategies that improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Partner with external suppliers to align delivery schedules and maintain quality standards.
• Provide clear reporting and risk mitigation to senior leadership for all Precision Fires programs.

This position is in Dallas. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
