We are Now Hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Direct Care Staff, in Northeast Phoenix, AZ to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Starting pay rate has increased to $14.35 a hour!
We are offering $250 SIGN ON BONUS OPPORTUNITY for Full-Time and Part time Employees! We also are offering $250 Referral Bonus and an additional (Contact local office for details).

Responsibilities
Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities tailored to their Individual Support Plan (ISP) / Person Centered Plan (PCP)Assist with daily routines including cleaning, cooking, feeding, medication administration, and maintaining personal hygieneMonitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concernsAssist with the learning and development of independent and community-based skillsParticipate with individuals in community, social, and recreational activitiesDrive individuals to medical appointments and activities in the communityEnsure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timelyBuild a support network for individuals by developing and maintaining relationships with community members, businesses, and familiesEnsure work locations and vehicles are clean and well maintained to provide a safe environmentAdditional tasks and responsibilities may be assignedEmployees must cooperate with the licensee and department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigationRequirements
High School Diploma or GEDValid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving recordAbility to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supportsAbility to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skillsWorking Conditions
