Senior Manager, Record To Report, EAM Real Estate

The Senior Manager will lead the efforts and associated support team that manages and executes all Real Estate and other capital related procurement transactions and accounting journal entries. The Senior Manager will provide supervisory and oversight support over the outside contracted team members executing our Real Estate and other related journals, as well as lead automation and transformation projects for EAM area.

We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

What You'll Do : The Senior Manager will :

• Work with the Controllership and Real Estate teams to streamline the inventory management process.
• Guide the EAM business partners on various activities related to the RE inventory management such as processing of goods receipts & goods issued transactions in SAP and month-end reconciliation of inventory balances between SAP and inventory sub ledger systems.
• Participate in technical design & automation initiatives, reviewing SOX controls and compliance, and ensure further development of incoming business processes.
• Work with business stakeholders, such as segment operations and controllership, finance and accounting teams, tax and other supporting departments like Supply Chain, Finance Technology and Health & Wellness.
• Identify and convey the risks / issues to the leadership and help drive mitigate those risks / issues.
