What Youll Do :

• Negotiate lease renewals and portfolio-wide agreements with landlords
• Analyze and model NPV for multiple deal structures
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and project management teams
• Present recommendations to executive leadership
• Travel to sites to assess renewal opportunities

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area OR 5 years experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area. 2 years experience in property management.

Preferred Qualifications : Project and portfolio management, Supervisory J.D., Masters : Business Administration
