Position Summary : As a Senior Manager on the Global Audit team, you'll report directly to the Director of Audit and play a critical role in assessing and advising on financial risks across the organization. You'll lead audit projects from planning through execution, cultivate strong business relationships, and manage expectations of senior leaders across both Global Audit and the businesses you support. Your insights will help drive success and strengthen risk management across Walmart's global enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business partners and senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards that align with Walmart's mission
• Leverage data analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight generation
• Coach and develop audit team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Build trusted partnerships across the organization, serving as a strategic advisor and problem-solver

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in internal / external audit, management information systems, or related area OR 6 years' experience in internal / external audit, management information systems, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in information technology, financial analysis, or relevant area, Master's Degree in business or related field
