Associate, Business Development
In this role, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities by conducting outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You will also contribute to market research, develop targeted sales strategies, and maintain strong customer relationships. Utilizing CRM systems like Hubspot or Pardot, you will ensure data accuracy and support the team in various marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as a collaborative approach to work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
You will represent our company conducting engaging and varied calls with potential new customers and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
You will qualify prospects and build long-lasting relationships through phone and digital communication.
You will create market analyses and research target customers to develop targeted sales strategies and maintain long-term customer relationships.
With the help of our CRM system (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot), you will document all relevant data and ensure that information is available for further processing by the sales team.
You will assist the team with B2B campaigns, events, and follow-ups after webinars.
You will independently manage smaller follow-up campaigns and help raise awareness of our company among potential customers.
You will foster knowledge exchange and work closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and ERP Consulting.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
You are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy engaging with customers and finding solutions.
You think entrepreneurially and take responsibility for recognizing customer needs and responding effectively.
You have a good understanding of technology and are experienced in using CRM systems, ideally Hubspot.
You are flexible, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Fluency in German & English is required.
