Job Title- Insurance Coverage Attorney

We are an award-winning litigation firm known for our excellence in complex insurance coverage matters — and we're growing! We're looking to bring on an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team immediately

• ? What We're Looking For :
• Minimum 4+ years of insurance coverage experience
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas :
• Premises Liability, First Party or Third Party Insurance, CGL, Property, Professional Liability, Cyber, Intellectual Property, etc.
• Skilled in coverage analysis , opinion writing, and drafting discovery / pretrial motions
• Experience handling Premises Liability, first-party and / or third-party claims, Labor Law, or Large Loss.
• Strong litigation background and ability to work independently
• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
• ?? Key Responsibilities :
• Provide legal counsel on complex insurance coverage issues
• Draft coverage opinions and interpret policy language
• Represent clients in litigation, including class actions and bad faith claims
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and claims professionals
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay on top of relevant case law and statutes

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $130000 – $170,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
