Job Summary

The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data used to elaborate reports for actual and forecast spend and PPV (Purchasing Price Variance).

Share reports on a regular basis (monthly / quarterly) to Commodity Managers and Stakeholders.

Essential Functions

Collect and analyze data points to elaborate spend and PPV reports.

Validate reports with Commodity Managers and Finance.

Maintain data integrity in Oracle for key fields used in data collection to classify spend.

Administrator for digital tools used for RFx, Project Pipeline, Risk Management and Contract management. Elaborate reporting on these on ad-hoc basis.

Create and publish RFx’s in supplier portal, assist suppliers as needed to submit bids.

Administrator of ZOLL’s Small and Minority-Owned Business Contracting. Elaborate reports to agencies on annual basis and provide ad-hoc support to stakeholders as needed.

Buyer for NPI (New Product Introduction)

Required / Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree Business Management preferred

3 Years Experience in Procurement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical skills

Strong communicating skills, comfortable discussing reports with different departments

Can demonstrate strong written and verbal presentation skills

Microsoft Office proficiency
