A company is looking for a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
Resolves and manages the resolution of complex client requests and account demands
Assesses customer needs and develops plans to improve adoption of the program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Planhat, or Gainsight preferred
Previous experience in the transportation industry is a plus, but not required
