MetaPhase is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of complex IT programs for our federal clients. This role will oversee contract support operations across multiple projects and locations, ensuring smooth coordination of teams, client engagement, and delivery of mission-aligned outcomes. The Program Manager will also serve as a critical liaison between technical teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders, helping shape the structure and strategy of client delivery.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of contract execution across multiple workstreams and personnel.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with contract objectives, budget, and performance expectations.
• Direct the planning and production of program deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal teams, client leadership, and subcontractors.
• Adjust and adapt management structures as needed to enhance delivery and team performance.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, manage performance expectations, and promote MetaPhase values in project delivery.
• Monitor and report program progress, metrics, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure program compliance with CPARS, contract requirements, and internal quality assurance practices.
