Robert Half is partnering with a client to find a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk for an exciting contract opportunity. In this role, you will contribute to the company's financial operations by managing invoice processing, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Key Responsibilities :

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and process payments to vendors and suppliers, including checks, electronic transfers, and wire payments.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation and payment approvals.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update vendor records and documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments.
