AP Associate

A leading nonprofit arts organization in New York City is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support financial operations and vendor relationships. This role is vital to ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and smooth financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and schedule payments (check, ACH, wire).
• Maintain and update vendor records; reconcile A / P transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and support audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and support staff with invoicing questions.
• Help implement new expense management systems and provide related training.

Qualifications

Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
