Job descriptionCommunicate order status updates to Account Managers via phone, email, or chat. Address and resolve order discrepancies, complaints, and issues professionally; escalate complex cases when needed. Perform general office duties and additional tasks as assigned. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field. A business or finance-related degree may be considered in lieu of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, S4 / Hana, and Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional telephone etiquette; courteous and friendly demeanor. Strong initiative, time management, and prioritization skills. Preferred experience with Salesforce and SAP. Work Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Flexible scheduling available. Reports To : Order Operations Manager Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and vacation time after waiting period. Employment Requirements : Background check required. Primary Activities / Duties
Order Entry and Verification
- Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into Salesforce.
- Verify order details, quantities, pricing, and customer specifics; resolve discrepancies prior to processing.
- Ensure all required documentation (purchase orders, quotes, etc.) is complete and accurate.
- Process monthly renewals and ensure contracts are updated accordingly.
