The Data Analytics Enablement & Governance Lead is responsible for defining and operating the data governance policies. They also implement and enforce the policies to ensure compliance. enabling business users to utilize McLane data analytics assets, data governance tools, cloud technologies such as Microsoft Fabric's capabilities, mentoring them on technical features, and fostering a collaborative user community. The role requires understanding data assets, data analytics items such as reporting / visualization, semantic models, querying / transformation using notebooks, and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between IT and business user enablement.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.
