Job Overview

The Social Media Manager is responsible for end-to-end Social Media content strategy from briefing to execution and influencer / talent / brand partnerships. Influential cross-functional collaboration with Merchants, Integrated Marketing, Creative, Paid Media and external agencies to ensure pertinent information is communicated and executed appropriately.

Essential Functions

• Manage all deliverables, logistics and communications for organic social content
• Maintain and evolve our organic social media strategy across platforms
• Pull and analyze metrics using analytics tool and provide recaps to key stakeholders, inclusive of senior leadership
• Own content planning, timelines and milestones
• Publish all content across channels and responsible for quality assurance of daily posting
• Responsible for delivery of all assets on deadline & support plans for company initiatives, priorities and partnerships
• Create, manage and execute IG / FB paid boosting strategy
• Vet and manage influencer and talent partnerships
• Facilitate scope of work and act as Bloomingdale's main point of contact for social media CMS, 24 / 7 monitoring agency & influencer vetting platforms
• Forecast and manage social media budget, contracts and services
• Navigate new opportunities for social channels and creative; testing new assets & platforms
• Execute social media audits when needed and act as main point of contact for legal reviews
