The RPOA team includes over 30 retirement planners all of them ready to help its clients build a plan to reach their retirement goals while protecting their investments. Job Description :

A Retirement Concierge has an expectation of scheduling 30 qualified appointments per month & maintaining a 70% Held Appointment Rate or higher. Qualified candidates will have experience in sales, prospecting, and / or telemarketing, preferably in financial services. They must have a professional speaking voice and be comfortable asking qualifying questions over the phone. Must be highly motivated, organized, and be able to work independently with a solid work ethic.

Job Responsibilities :

• Set 30 qualified appointments for the Retirement Advisors.
• Schedules appointments for Retirement Advisor with prospective clients by making outgoing calls and answering returning calls; operating telephone equipment, customer relationship management (CRM) system; and other telecommunications technologies.
