Job Description

Lead Superintendent - Wood Frame Multifamily Up to $30M - Responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of physical construction from groundbreaking to completion
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, QA / QC procedures, and project schedules
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, document control, and relationship management
• Supervise all daily field operations and drive efficiency across teams
• Plan ahead to ensure the timely flow of personnel, materials, and equipment
• Train and develop Assistant Superintendents
• Maintain high standards for work quality, cost control, and timeliness
