  • Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication channels such as phone and email with efficiency and warmth.
  • Utilize advanced systems to enter and manage patient information within EHR or Pharmacy systems.
  • Leverage digital solutions for document scanning, uploading, and integration into patient charts.
  • Generate real-time reports to sustain a streamlined, data-driven care workflow.
  • Implement critical thinking methodologies to enhance client relationships and problem-solving.
  • Uphold the latest HIPAA compliance standards, ensuring the safeguarding of PHI.
  • Engage in continuous learning with mandatory safety and technical training programs.
  • Maintain a tech-forward work environment in line with Legacy's high standards.
  • Adopt innovative techniques for infection control and safety management.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; embrace educational growth.
  • Healthcare or Customer Service experience is advantageous.
  • Possess an articulate, professional communication style.
  • Exhibit proficiency in multitasking during high-volume interactions.
  • Showcase accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrate robust computer skills and digital fluency.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish enriches communication.
  • Project management acumen is a valued asset.
