This position is responsible for researching and analyzing data to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitors’ activities and offerings Analyst will provide actionable insights used to allow DRC to make informed decisions about products, pricing, marketing strategies, and overall business strategies.

Essential Position Responsibilities :

• Gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of DRC’s products and services (including product features and capabilities, strategies, market share, product / service positioning and messaging, go-to-market processes, differentiators, product goals and objectives).
• Lead the competitive analysis of the strategies, offerings, capabilities, market strengths and weaknesses of competitors compared to DRC, making and prioritizing recommendations to executive leadership to drive sales and capture greater market share.
• Apply both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to interpret data and identify trends.
• Plan and lead customer / user interviews and focus groups to understand customer needs for current and future product offerings.
• Identify, monitor,and analyze market trends affecting DRC’s business portfolio.
• Create and deliver detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
