Human Resources Generalist
Duration : 3 Months
Location : 100% onsite in Seattle, WA
Shifts : 1st shift 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm
Responsibilities :
- Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices, and processes.
- Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives.
- Drives overall people / talent plan and initiatives.
- Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions.
- Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Consults with management on staff selection.
- Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks, and monitors case activities.
- Position will be supporting employees of all levels, and may be supporting union, non-union, manufacturing, or business functions.
Reason For Need :
Support multiple ET&T HR organizations.HR Business Partner to support various ET&T organizations in the Puget Sound.Prefer former HR employees to help with attrition / LOA coverage.Must Haves :
