Human Resources Generalist

Duration : 3 Months

Location : 100% onsite in Seattle, WA

Shifts : 1st shift 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm

Responsibilities :

• Deploys and administers HR programs, policies, practices, and processes.
• Develops integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives.
• Drives overall people / talent plan and initiatives.
• Analyzes staffing and diversity strategy performance and develops corrective solutions.
• Partners with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Consults with management on staff selection.
• Leads or conducts employee investigations, tracks, and monitors case activities.
• Position will be supporting employees of all levels, and may be supporting union, non-union, manufacturing, or business functions.
