Our team is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst Lead who will support the processing of vendor invoices for goods and services on a timely basis and respond to stakeholder queries. They will assist their manager in developing and evaluating policies and procedures and will ensure external and internal controls and policies are adhered to. As team lead, this role will oversee and delegate daily workflows to Accounts Payable team members, both local and virtual, as well as resolve escalations. The team lead will manage and coordinate current and future optimization projects. The right candidate will be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, with the ability to lead change initiatives and provide timely and concise communication to leadership. This position will report to the Corporate AP Manager and will work in conjunction with our virtual BPO team.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience in a Finance Operations or Shared Services environment

Preferred Qualifications

Accounts Payable experience (indirect spend)

ERP system experience (eg. SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, Epicor)

Critical Skills

Experience managing escalations

Consultative approach to problem-solving and project management.

Effective written and oral communication skills, with a variety of stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage processes, identify inefficiencies, consult on innovative solutions and automation

$71,200 - $118,600
