WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Manage the data analysis and design of analytics products across a focused area of the Nike business value stream to enable data driven business decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals

  • Serve as a domain specialist on data and business processes within an area of focus.

  • Translate sophisticated business requirements into data requirements and work with internal customers to define data requirement details based on expressed partner needs

  • Perform extensive data profiling and root cause analysis to understand data behavior and business rules

  • Document data architecture solutions, business requirements, training material and business processes for both business and technical audiences

  • Lead structured, end-to-end analysis to advise product strategy, data architecture and reporting decisions

  • Analyze existing datasets and interfaces to understand and detail current state data architectures

  • Design future state data architectures by applying data requirements, data profiles and business rules to current state architectures in alignment with best practices and standards

  • Support standard methodologies in data analysis: data integrity, unit testing, data quality control, system integration testing, modeling, validation, and documentation

  • Develop data processing pipelines, queries and data visualizations to fulfill analysis requests

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work in a product squad model led by a Product Manager and consisting of data scientists, data analysts, engineers and visualization developers. You will collaborate across our broader organization with business teams as well as other data, analytics and technology functions at Nike.

WHAT YOU BRING
