Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Configuration and Release Manager is responsible for overseeing the configuration management and release processes across engineering and manufacturing domains. This role ensures timely and accurate part release, manages cross-functional approvals, and maintains data integrity within Oracle EBS and Windchill PLM systems. The manager will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO and internal quality audit requirements.

• Configuration & Release Management

Own and manage the end-to-end part release process, including BOM creation, ECO / MCN workflows, and signature routing.

Perform data analysis to identify release bottlenecks, quality issues, and improvement opportunities.

Ensure configuration and release processes comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards.

Lead and mentor a team of configuration analysts and release coordinators.
