In this role, the Member Services Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for members, assisting them with their financial needs. Responsibilities include handling a variety of transactions, resolving member concerns, and delivering exceptional service while promoting products and services that align with each member's financial goals.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. They should possess solid problem-solving skills, with the capacity to assess situations and develop effective solutions. An outgoing and personable demeanor, paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential. The candidate should also be able to multitask, manage multiple responsibilities, and work collaboratively and diplomatically across departments. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is required, with financial services experience preferred.
