Job Description

As an Account Partnership Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting billing and invoicing processes for all third-party sponsored students, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in records, and maintaining timely communication with stakeholders.

• Support billing and invoicing processes for all third-party sponsored students
• Track and prepare student invoices, adhering to university deadlines and policies
• Research and troubleshoot time-sensitive issues
• Manage internal and external communication regarding sponsorship letters, tuition payments, and account balances
• Maintain appropriate and timely communication with stakeholders within the Customer Relationship Management system
• Work closely with various stakeholders on escalated student account issues
• Communicate with vendors and other third-party affiliates to reconcile and coordinate the student's account
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy of records
• Adhere to compliance with university, state, and federal regulations and procedures
