The Role :

As Project Manager , you’ll oversee ground-up luxury home builds from pre-construction through completion. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships — ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard of excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage custom residential projects across Palm Beach County.
• Coordinate all site activities, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and change orders with precision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and designers.
• Uphold quality, safety, and schedule integrity on all builds.
