Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Solution Consulting for Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Solution Consultants for pre-sales engagements

Develop and implement a pre-sales plan aligned with revenue goals

Engage with prospects and clients to align ERP solutions with business objectives

Required Qualifications

Management experience leading Solution Consulting professionals

Industry experience in process manufacturing, specifically food & beverage or chemical sectors

Experience engaging with C-suite executives

Experience developing strategic sales approaches emphasizing business value

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
