Responsibilities
- Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, warm leads, internet leads, cold-calling, following up with clients, and lead databases.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
- Skillfully address client objections and concerns , utilizing a consultative approach to provide solutions and overcome objections , ultimately securing their confidence and trust in our services.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance policies depending on their needs and objectives. Close sales effectively.
Requirement
- A Property and Casualty License and Life License is Required.
- 1+ years of experience in the insurance Property & Casualty sales industry is Required with a proven track record of sales goals.
Preferred experience with Allstate.
- Possessing the ability to work autonomously , arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment and be able to work live on Zoom and Skype.
- Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Attend educational sales trainings and attending morning huddles to effectively handle objections.
