COMPANY DESCRIPTION :

Beacon Group is a 70+ year old 501(c)(3) Arizona non-profit that serves over 2,200 people with disabilities each year. Currently, only 38% of working aged people with significant disabilities work, compared to 74% of working aged people without disabilities.

Closing this gap is the basis for Beacon Group's mission to create opportunities for people with disabilities. In Arizona alone, this gap represents over 200,000 people.

We accomplish our mission 1) through direct employment services including job placement, vocational education, job coaching, trial work experience, job readiness preparation, and job retention;

and 2) through our businesses that employ over 500 people in facilities maintenance, custodial, landscaping, customized work teams, contract manufacturing, fulfillment, and information destruction.

Though we are at our heart a human services provider, we run our mission like a business to deliver a successful track record of increasing results.

Contribute to the realization of the vision to make Beacon Group a national rehabilitation service leader in a society where people with disabilities live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
