Position : Real Estate Investment Acquisition Specialist

Whether you're a seasoned professional considering a switch, or a newly licensed agent eager to kickstart your career, The Storydoor Team at EXP Realty invites you to redefine the real estate landscape by joining our Direct-to-Agent Division.

Your Key Responsibilities Can Be Broken Down Into 3 Simple Steps :

1. Login to your laptop or desktop and utilize your local expertise and the MLS to identify listed properties within your Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) that align with Storydoor's investment criteria.

2. Represent Storydoor in analyzing listed properties, making offers, negotiating, and securing contracts for targeted properties.

3. Once the contract is secured, hand the deal off to our skilled in-house dispositions and transaction coordination team to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.

Commission-Only Compensation + Revenue Share + Stock :

Agent Commission : Agents split their earned commission with their Local EXP Brokerage at an 80 / 20 percentage. Commission split cap is $16,000 per anniversary year for each agent.

After reaching the commission split cap, agents keep 100% of commission on all transactions for the remainder of the year.

You will also have the opportunity to be a Dual Agent on all your listings sold to Storydoor and our partners to earn both the buyer and the seller side commission.

EXP Realty Revenue Share : You earn an additional 3.5% of the GCI of all agents you bring into EXP paid for from the EXP brokerage’s 20% portion.

You will receive revenue share for your sponsored agents until they hit their $16,000 annual commission cap with EXP Realty.

Because the brokerage only receives $16K per agent per year, there is a limit to how much revenue they can share with the sponsors.

• Stock : You are eligible to earn stock in the EXP company through the following methods :
• Earn shares on your first transaction.
• Earn shares when you fully cap (aka hit the $16,000 threshold).
• Earn shares when an agent you sponsor closes on their first deal.
• OPTIONAL : You can also elect to be paid 5% of every one of your transaction commissions in EXP stock purchased at a 10% discount to market.
