Category Development Sr. Analyst, Optimization & Centralization

The Category Development Sr. Analyst, Optimization & Centralization role is an opportunity to accelerate your career by developing expertise in the financial, contractual, and market-driven aspects of Category Development. Partnering cross-functionally to identify needs, research opportunities, and formulate & execute solutions that drive value. In this role, you will apply your procurement expertise through market analysis, stakeholder needs assessment, process improvement, and supplier relationship process management all while working with a knowledgeable, supportive team that celebrates your successes alongside of you. Through this role, you will enhance your ability to analyze data, build & influence strong cross-functional relationships, and develop solutions that deliver financial results, enhance the broader team's culture, and accelerate organizational effectiveness. This role includes strong project management, analytical, and customer service components.

What You'll Do :

• Streamline processes, optimize reporting, and generate new solutions which positively impact the entire Category Development team and organization as well as the team's key stakeholders.
• Extract insights from complex data sets and identify new solutions using advanced Excel skills. Formulate solutions with the support of your team, with a keen appreciation for how the solution will enhance the broader team's performance and culture.
• Consistently track and monitor the complex details of all projects to ensure flawless execution, including securing iterative feedback from stakeholders in order to distill the most effective outcomes.
• Launch and maintain new solutions with a consistent focus on 'ease of adoption' and satisfaction across all stakeholders.
