Analytics Consultant

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Analytics Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in West Des Moines, IA. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Pay Range : $25.00 - 35.00 per hour, w2

Responsibilities :

• Handle unique supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects and monitor supplier data to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide process guidance to peers, managers, internal business groups, and external suppliers, troubleshooting escalated and complex inquiries.
• Prioritize and resolve escalations independently, report system defects, submit requirements for system / process enhancements, and conduct regular system testing.
• Analyze risks within processes, document procedures, and develop training materials to improve individual and team performance.
• Work independently as a self-starter with minimal oversight, contributing to the successful expansion of suppliers within procurement systems.
• Perform Quality Assurance reviews to ensure metrics and performance alignment across procurement and supplier management systems.
• Manage system clean-up projects, ensuring data accuracy by inactivating unused supplier locations and updating supplier records for compliance.
• Lead supplier onboarding efforts, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Supply Chain Management (SCM), including Sourcing and Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Enabling Capabilities, and Business Groups, to ensure successful supplier integration.
