Clinical Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee departmental staff and ensure efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities

Line manages and supervises departmental staff while fostering their professional development

Manages resource allocation, resolves conflicts, and ensures efficiency and productivity within projects

Develops quality systems and participates in audits, inspections, and feasibility assessments for ongoing projects

Required Qualifications

MD, PharmD, or university degree in Life Sciences

At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research with relevant line management experience

Previous line manager experience

Experience as a Clinical Research Associate / Monitor

Candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone are strongly preferred
