Beacon Hill is hiring an experienced Paralegal to join its Insurance Legal team. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, beginning in January and continuing through May 1st. This is a fully remote position. The paralegal will support the Senior Paralegal in updating retail insurance products within the client's prospectus builder systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in financial services, insurance, or securities who enjoys regulatory and document management work.
Responsibilities :
Assist the Senior Paralegal with updating retail insurance product information in the prospectus builder systems.
Manually enter data, link new financials for the current year, and update contact information and product descriptions.
Review and revise prospectuses made available to retail buyers of insurance products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate updates and documentation across internal teams to ensure consistent product information.
Maintain accurate records and version control for all updated documents.
Provide quality control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist with other documentation and filing needs as required.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements :
2+ years of paralegal or legal documentation experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or securities.
Strong background in document management and regulatory filing.
Prior experience with Command Financial's CAPS system and / or Toppan Merrill's systems highly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple updates under set timelines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required.
Bachelor's degree and / or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved organization preferred.
