Myteller Specialist

This opportunity is for a Myteller Specialist with a work location in Jackson, MS. The position will promote Trustmark's products and services while exercising good judgment and discretion in a professional manner. Responsibilities include accurately processing myTeller Machine routine transactions, safeguarding the bank's assets, and investigating and resolving all outages. The role also involves serving customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner, answering questions, and directing customers to the proper personnel or lines of business for more complex problems or services.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, one of the following : twelve (12) months face to face customer service experience and six (6) months cash balancing responsibilities or a college degree completed or currently being pursued and enrolled. Basic knowledge of math concepts and principles, basic computer knowledge, and knowledge of Trustmark's Teller and Branch Policy and Procedures are also required. Ability to effectively communicate, work a schedule that may include some holidays and Saturdays, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization are essential. Some college is preferred.
