What You'll Do

Receives applications for new business
Reviews applications for accuracy
Enters applications into administrative systems
Works with underwriting department and agents to resolve questions/issues
Conducts phone inspections with applicants
Communicates and works with agents on pending applications
Issues and mails policies
Cancels declined and expired applications and returns premium
Processes journal entries for plan changes and premium refunds

Requirements

What We'll Love About You:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic computer operation skills
Ability to type 35 wpm
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
